Useful Information about the Checkout, Shipping, and Delivery process

Purchase your desired products online and have them delivered by Australia Post, either via Regular or Express, directly to your doorstep.

At the moment, we offer two flat rate shipping rates: Regular at AUD 9.50 and Express at AUD 12.50. Note that Australia Post Regular shipping is selected by default; however, you can change it to Express shipping later in the Checkout process.

Choose your desired product(s) and their Quantities, and add them to the Shopping Cart by clicking on the “Add to Cart” button.

This step will display your Shopping Cart, e.g. selected items’ description, Quantity ordered, Subtotal (dependent on the quantity), Shipping, and TOTAL amount including GST.

In the Cart, you can also modify the Quantity by clicking on the “–” or “+” next to the Quantity field and selecting the desired number of items.
If you want to remove the product from your Shopping Cart entirely, click on the button to the right of the product Quantity.

If you need to add more products, continue navigating the store and adding them to your Cart.

When finished, click the Proceed to Checkout button. In the next screen, you can either use the Express Checkout option with Google Pay, Paypal, Debit or Credit Card – or continue with your account (recommended when you are a regular returning customer).

Enter your Contact information, such as email (which will be used to send you order status updates and the Invoice), and your details, such as first and Last name, Phone, and Shipping address.

Next, confirm your Shipping options – either Australia Post Regular (default), or Australia Post; the Total price is recalculated automatically.

Next, in the Payment options form, choose whether you want to pay by PayPal or Card (Visa, MasterCard®).

Finally, in the Additional order information, please tick the box if you agree to provide your review, and if you need to provide a note relating to your order, enter relevant details, and complete the transaction by clicking the “Place Order” button.

Return & Refunds Policy

Our products’ condition is always NEW. If you are, however, looking to Return or Exchange your order for whatever reason, we offer Returns within 30 days of purchase for both defective and non-defective products. You can either Exchange your product for a different product, or get a Refund to the original payment method.

The Return and Exchange method and the return shipping cost is customer’s responsibility.
1. Please reply to your order confirmation email to request which product(s) you would like to Return.
2. Send the product(s) back to us using the WorryLessDeals postal address listed in your order confirmation email.
3. There are no cost restocking fees, and the Refund processing time is three (3) business days. If you have any further questions or concerns please contact us via mobile or email.

We designed our website to make shopping simple and straightforward. In addition to easy navigation, we provide helpful information to guide you in selecting the right product for your needs. You can explore products using the navigation menu located in both the header and footer of the website.

Privacy & Personal Information

WorryLessDeals respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you provide when using our website or purchasing from us.

When you place an order, contact us, or otherwise interact with WorryLessDeals, we may collect information such as your name, email address, telephone number, billing and delivery address, order details and information necessary to process your purchase.

We use this information to process and fulfil orders, arrange delivery, provide invoices and order updates, respond to enquiries, manage returns and refunds, prevent fraud, maintain our business records, and operate and improve our online store.

Payment information is processed securely by the payment provider selected during checkout, such as PayPal or Stripe. WorryLessDeals does not receive or store your complete credit or debit card details.

We may provide information necessary to fulfil your order to service providers involved in operating our store, processing payments and delivering purchases, including WooCommerce, our payment providers and Australia Post. We only provide information reasonably required for those services.

Customer Reviews: If you choose to receive a review invitation, WorryLessDeals may use your name, email address, order details and information about the products you purchased to send you an email asking you to review your purchase and your overall experience with WorryLessDeals. Providing a review is voluntary. Reviews you submit may be displayed publicly on the WorryLessDeals website. Please avoid including personal, confidential or sensitive information in a public review.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
